Begin by submitting a quote request form on our website. You’ll receive a preliminary quote within 24–48 hours. From there, you’ll submit photos or videos of your hair, attend a complimentary FaceTime consultation, and secure your appointment with a $500 non-refundable deposit.
Yes. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit covers hair ordering and reserves your install date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. If rescheduling is needed, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
Due to the customization and hair ordering process, same-day installs are not offered.
